We all know that daily movement is important for our overall health. But knowing it, and actually doing it, are two entirely different things. So how do we get our bodies moving, when we have so many conveniences aimed at (making our lives easier) making sure we don’t HAVE to move?
Long days at work, long commutes, drive thru food available 24 hours a day … we don’t even have to get up and walk to get that food that we probably should not be eating anyway. We can have it delivered right to our door.
