Low Carb Chili

This easy low carb chili can be eaten alone or with hot dogs.  A bunless chili dog topped with cheese would be a yummy quick lunch or dinner.

Instructions
  1. Brown grown beef with onions, peppers and celery.

  2. Add tomatoes and spices, mix well.

  3. Cover and simmer on med/low for approx. 15-20 minutes.

  4. Once done, allow to cool slightly.
  5. Divide into 4 containers and consume or freeze within 4 days.

-Top with grated cheese and sour cream
