This easy low carb chili can be eaten alone or with hot dogs. A bunless chili dog topped with cheese would be a yummy quick lunch or dinner.
Low Carb Chili
Brown grown beef with onions, peppers and celery.
Add tomatoes and spices, mix well.
Cover and simmer on med/low for approx. 15-20 minutes.
Once done, allow to cool slightly.
Divide into 4 containers and consume or freeze within 4 days.
-Top with grated cheese and sour cream
